Wednesday 18.30
This class peaks and drops the heart rate to achieve maximum cardiovascular fitness and fat burning that lasts for up to 48 hours after the class has finished. We offer adaptations for every ability so no one is left out of this amazing uplifting class.
Adaptations available for all abilities.
Tuesday - Thursday 11.30
Our Megamover classes are specifically designed for those with low mobility and the over 50's.

Monday 9.30am
Fun fitness for toddlers, young children and their families. 15 minutes of exercise to upbeat motivating music.
Saturday 10.15
Step aerobics done to the latest music to bring motivation. This class is fun and really stimulates the brain as much as the body and don't worry if the thought of using a step is scary - this class can be done without a step!
Tuesday 18.30
30 minutes of cardiovascular and strengthening exercises using a step and body weight. Perfect for improving fitness levels, burning fat and toning muscles.
Adaptions available for all abilities.
Monday 11.15 & Thursday 18.30
`We take the "work" out of workout, by mixing low - intensity and high-intensity moves for an interval-style, calorie-burning dance fitness party.
