Simply Limitless is a Health and Wellbeing Charity. Our services are holistic and targeted at the social, mental and physical facets of life. We provide a range of services, including family activity sessions that encourage family interaction and development, a full range of fitness activities working with small children, adults and older adults. We provide CBT and parenting courses and are actively working to tackle loneliness and isolation in older people across the district. We are constantly seeking out new ways of communicating and delivering a quality service to our clients. With this in mind we see ourselves as innovators in health and wellbeing.
We work in partnership and collaboration with statutory organisations in the district and county as well as with voluntary sector partners.
The mission of Simply Limitless is to support individuals and communities to achieve optimum health and wellbeing. We do this by educating the general public, creating opportunities and relationships with public, private and voluntary sector organisations in our region and working collaboratively with our partners to tackle the underlying causes of poor health and wellbeing. All activity is founded on a strong evidence and research basis.
Simply Limitless is a health and wellbeing charity that is based in Kidderminster in the Wyre Forest District in North Worcestershire. We operate out of a disused carpet factory which is over time being refurbished for our use. We have an organisational culture that values each person and are committed to enhancing their well-being, development and learning. We believe that the needs and wishes of the people who use our services are paramount. We deliver person centred care to anyone living in the district. Our services are aimed at every age group.
The charity was formed in 2011 by a group of like minded individuals motivated to help the vulnerable and needy. This remains the motivation of the key personnel, to continue to redress health and wellbeing issues in the community.
