What is Family Activity Session?
A weekly session involving children and parents in group activities and physical exercise. Our friendly group usually runs every Monday morning from 9.30-10.30am.
A warm welcome for you and your children is guaranteed, mums, dads or grandparents, carers, as well as aunties and uncles!

How do i book in?
You are really welcome to come along - just turn up or contact us if you would like to meet someone before coming along.
How much does it cost?
Sessions cost £4.00 for your first child and an extra £1 for each additional sibling.
You can also take advantage of our Family membership which gives one adult and two children access to our Family Activity Session, Jungle Gym and all Megafitness classes - its a great way to access our services for only £26 per month.
